Zerese Williams, of Belmont, is the winner of a photovoltaic (PV) solar system valued between EC$18,000 – EC$20,000 raffled by OSV Group Inc. during last month’s Independence Exhibition (Vincy Expo 2022) in Kingstown.
Approximately 500 visitors to the expo participated in the free raffle
“This unit can reduce the homeowner’s electricity bill by between EC$$250 to EC$350 per month,” OSV said in a press statement.
Visitors to the OSV Group Inc. booth received useful information from the company’s staff members who represented the AC & Solar Department.
“In addition to learning how the system works, visitors listened to testimonials from customers who shared insights in relation to the savings that they have generated since installing their respective PV panels,” the company said.
BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! This is fantastic! Home owners can setup their own electricity system and own it after some years. I hope the banks will get involved and give homeowners the loan to purchase the Solar panels.
This is an idea I wanted the John lady from Central Leeward to look into and help the homeowners in the constituency. I am going to examine this issue and probably put Solar panels on my home in Layou.
