Local disc jockey Danito “DJ Nito” Collins has been charged with wounding.
Collins appeared before Magistrate Bertie Pompey at the Colonarie Magistrate Court today (Thursday) charged that on May 17, at Langley Park, he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Abiola Williams, also of Langley Park.
Collins pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Prosecutor Corporal Delando Charles had no objection to bail.
The magistrate set bail at EC$1,400 with one surety and ordered Collins to have no contact with Williams.
The matter was adjourned to June 5, for hearing at Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
