The rush was on, Monday, to complete works at Arnos Vale Sports Complex ahead of its first 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Match in 10 days, on June 13.
Among the work to be completed was the spectators’ access road. Testing of the floodlights was also yet to be done.
Police and officials were conducting a security walkthrough.
The tournament began in the United States on Saturday, June 1.
SVG also hosts games on June 14 and 16.
