At 1:43 a.m. AST on Feb. 19, 2009, a cold winter day in Taipei, Taiwan, Vincentian journalist Kenton Chance published the first article on a website he called “I Witness — News”.
It was part of the requirements of his four-month “Internet Journalism” course as he pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism and mass communication (which he completed with first place honours).
This video was published exactly 16 years after that first article appeared on what is now “iWitness News” or simply “iWN”.
