Police say they are investigating the circumstances of a motor vehicle accident involving PS-411, a car owned and driven by Dorothy Clarke of Ratho Mill and pedestrian Dale Hooper an 11-year-old student of Fair Hall.
The accident occurred along the Villa public road on Aug. 17.
Police say Hooper sustained injuries to his face, head and right ankle.
He was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he was treated and discharged.
Motor vehicle PS-411 was slightly damaged.
