The Unity Labour Party says it will win at least 13 of the 15 parliamentary seats in the next general elections and secure a fourth term in office. However, the party’s political leader, Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves, told party supporters at their 20th annual convention on Sunday, that the main opposition New Democratic party is a formidable challenger.

What we are in now is the times where the economy is so bad that parents have to decide which children go to school, on which day. Some children only go school 2 days or 3 days a week. That’s worst than the past.

The instances that I have seen that, was when students would transfer late or when the builders couldn’t keep up with demand for new furniture, and they were promply brought as soon as they were finished.

This is the very same market rate that was available for Vincentians, some people even bought land for $1 a lot which is less than one cent per square foot, essentials charging only for the paper the deed was written on.
After 13 years in office that’s the only thing you could say? If I list all the NDP’s accomplishment here it would go on for pages. Stop listening to Starfm and think for yourself, I can’t even have a serious debate with you.
These are 4 facts that are essential to the prosperity of SVG
1. The NDP built way more schools than the ULP
2. The NDP’s land distribution was the biggest in the country’s history
3. Agriculture was bigger under the NDP
4. Unemployment was less under the NDP
5. Corruption was wayyyyyyyyyy less under the NDP
These are facts and cannot be disputed by anyone, anywhere. The ULP had 13 years, I want you to list 5 essential things that they did to improve St Vincent’s entire country.

Blane knows that Vinvcentian students attending the UWI were almost barred from returning to the various campuses because the SVG NDP govt owed the UWI $8 million in 2001, and the university was about to lock them out. In fact, even new Vincentian students about to enter UWI, were about to be prevented from doing so, for the same reason.
Blane knows that Vincentian companies doing business with the SVG govt were not being paid.
Blane knows that the ULP built more schools than the NDP ever did. As a matter of fact Blane, go ahead and name the schools the NDP built between 1984 and 2001.
Blane talks about agriculture, but does not tell us that it was under the NDP government that agriculture died! Of course it was higher under the NDP……because they are the ones who killed it!
Blane does not mention that James Mitchell purchased govt land for less than 50cents pet sq ft., then sold it for millions, after purchasing it for $50,000! If Mitchell was in the USA, he would have gone to jail for insider trading.
Blane does not tell us that under the NDP there were only 4 primary school teachers with university degrees, but in less than 10 years under the ULP, that figure increased to over 400!
Blane probably does not remember that the NDP only built 27 houses for citizens, but he ULP has built over 700 low income AND NO INCOME HOUSES.
Blane conveniently ignores the fact that the indigent poor under the NDP was 29%, but under the ULP, it is only 3%.
Blane, there are over 25,000 motor vehicles in SVG today. 14 years ago under the NDP that figure was a paltry 7,000.
Blane, do you remember that even the British Government refused to give the NDP financial assistance because the Brits were convinced that the NDP had NO DEVELOPMENT PLANS! …..They really had No Damn Policies !!!
