The East Caribbean Flour Mill will hold its annual National Baking Competition today — Friday.
The Competition will be held among local bakers, chefs and caterers, who have been asked to submit original recipes in categories of Breads, Cakes, Pastries and Specialty flour.
Participants will compete for attractive cash prizes and a spot in the ECGC 2015 recipe calendar.
The competition aims to support the development of persons in the culinary arts in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It takes place at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown.
