9-year-old boy receive electric shocks at Uncle Skinny’s carnival

A 9-year-old boy spent Saturday night in hospital after receiving electric shocks at the Uncle Skinny kids carnival at Victoria Park.

The boy, a resident of Rillan Hill, was under the stage when he was shocked.

I-Witness News understands that the child was knocked unconscious and was rushed to the nearby Milton Cato Memorial Hospitals by a police officer.

The child’s parents confirmed the incident to I-Witness News on Sunday but declined further comments, pending further discussions with organizer of the event, soca artiste Gamal “Skinny Fabulous” Doyle.
