Police are investigating a series of theft that occurred at Saline Bay, Mayreau.
On Saturday, police received a report that between Friday and Saturday, on three separate occasions, an unknown person(s) stole three grey and red Yamaha two-stroke 40 horse-power outboard engines, two “cigarette” boats and a quantity of fishing gear.
The items were valued at EC$47,305 and belonged to three residents of Mayreau.
Police are asking people with information that can assist with this investigation to contact 1-784-456-1339, 1-784-457-1211, or any police station in the country.
Alternatively, people can speak to any police officer with whom they are comfortable.
“All information will be treated confidentially,” police said.
