Flow St. Vincent and the Grenadines officially wrapped up its Summer Train Promotion with a live stream draw at the company’s offices in Kingstown on Sept. 9.
The promotion, which ran for just over three months, rewarded customers for completing various transactions weekly.
Prizes included staycation weekends, iPads, Samsung Galaxy devices, event passes, gas vouchers and cash.
However, the Summer Train grand finale kept the popular cash-only option rolling as the Flow team announced EC$10,000 would be up for grabs.
The draw, which was hosted via Flow’s Facebook page, brought those witnessing the event to the edge of their seats.
Finalists Aveisha Stapleton, Jenitha Commissiong and Janique Greaves all appeared stricken with anxiety as the draw began.
The event saw runner-up $500, $300 and iPad winners being announced first before the finalists had a chance to choose their winnings.
Picking from three supersized sealed envelopes, Commissiong went first, followed by Stapletion’s stepmother and finally Greaves. Flow’s Arthur shared
“It’s always a fun time when we get to interact with our customers in real time. The comment section was so animated, and each finalist had their own group of followers cheering them on,” said Flow’s Daxilon Arthur, who hosted the draw.
Commissiong revealed that she had won EC$5,000 while Stapleton won EC$3,000 and Greaves EC$2,000 cash.
Following the grand finale draw people following the live stream were given a chance to win cash and Samsung Galaxy devices in several trivia competitions.
Commissiong and Greaves qualified by adding new Flow services to their existing accounts while Stapleton qualified by paying a Flow bill in full and on-time.
I wonder what is the catch here?
