Social media personality Zandrine Butler has been ordered to have no contact with a fellow South Rivers resident she is alleged to have threatened.
Butler, a 38-year-old businesswoman, appeared before Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, on Monday.
She was read a charge that on Jan. 5, at South Rivers, in circumstances likely to cause a breach of the peace, she made use of threatening language to Nelcia Horne, to wit, “If me nah f***ing kill yo, me dead.”
Butler pleaded not guilty to the charge and the court ordered that station bail continue.
The court further ordered that she has no contact with the virtual complainant and adjourned the matter to Feb. 27 for trial.
Butler came to national attention last year for her entertaining Facebook live videos and social media posts.
Most recently, her admonition to, “Fire them, Miss Andrews!” has gone viral.
