A 29-year-old man has been fined for exposing his penis to a 17-year-old girl.
Oniel Endeavour, of Arnos Vale/Sandy Bay, pleaded “guilty with an explanation” to the charge that on May 21, in a public place to wit the Sandy Bay Public Road, he willfully exposed his person, to wit his penis to the virtual complainant.
Endeavour told the court that he was urinating when the teenager turned around and saw him and reported the matter to her niece.
At this point, Magistrate Kaywana Jacobs cleared the court and the matter was held in camera.
Endeavour was fined EC$500 to be paid in three months. In default, he will spend two months in prison.
