I don’t intend to sound insensitive but how long have people been praying to GOD to prevent and avert disaster? After each bad time we blame ourselves or other humans for it happening. We will never learn to change the building codes to avoid disasters like this. We will continue to live hand to mouth as long as we don’t change a few things.
