Spring Village Police Youth Club won the junior category while Traffic Angels took the senior’s top prize as the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force held its 2024 Christmas Caroling Contest on Friday.

The event was held at the Central Police Station in Kingstown under the theme “It’s 2024, we carolling for sure.”

This event, which celebrated the joy of the season through music and camaraderie, was a tremendous success, The Police Public Relations and Complaints Department said in a press release

In related news, the Police Youth Club Choir won the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Sustainable Development, and Culture Christmas Carolling Contest, “Spirits Lifted.”

The Spring Village Police Youth Club secured the award for Best Traditional Carol during the event on Saturday at Victoria Park.

The group was awarded EC$3,000, a toaster, and a trophy for their outstanding performance.
