Police said that around 1:30 a.m. on December 29, 2025, two unknown masked men allegedly took Tash and Millington from Arnos Vale to Belair without their consent or any lawful authority.

They said that Millington was wounded during the incident.

Police later identified and approached a motor vehicle suspected of being involved in the kidnapping, which was parked along the Belair Public Road.

As the police approached, the occupants of the parked vehicle fired shots in the direction of the officers. One individual subsequently exited the vehicle holding what appeared to be a rifle and fled on foot.

Police said that three other people then exited the vehicle, which resulted in officers apprehending a suspect.

Police had issued a wanted person bulletin for McMaster in connection with the alleged kidnapping, and he turned himself in on Dec. 31, 2025, accompanied by his lawyer, Ronald Marks.

Providence is expected to be denied bail on the kidnapping charges in light of the murder charge against him.
