KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent, May 31, IWN – Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will be attending the 57th meting of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Authority in Antigua from Sunday to Tuesday, when he will hand over chairmanship of the sub-regional body to host prime minister, Baldwin Spencer.

During the business session, the leaders will consider the financial landscape and the OECS development strategy.

They will also engage the private sector, as they consider a partnership for growth and development and will also examine programmes and budgets, of the organs of the OECS.

The OECS Authority comprises prime ministers and chief ministers and is the supreme policy-making body in the sub-regional grouping.
