A LIME customer has been awarded a Sony Ericsson W890 handset for participation in the company’s online survey.
Delroy Garraway commented on LIME’s Facebook page about the impressive service he received during his encounter with a LIME agent, and was randomly selected to receive the handheld device, LIME said in a release.
Garraway said he has been a LIME customer for as long as he can remember and has no intentions to switch, but was surprised that he won because he participated in the survey.
He praised LIME for the quality service provided, and also commended the telecommunications provider for the best new rates now in market, the release said.
LIME Corporate Communications and Marketing Lead, Nikala Williams, indicated that apart from phone rates, customers like Garraway can also take advantage of the new low rates being offered by LIME, through the revamped prices on the data packages.
Under the arrangement, LIME customers can receive more data for less money, and can activate the plan of their choice on their handsets, Williams said.
She said that one lucky customer will be chosen every month to receive a prize, just for taking part in the survey.
