I am a subscriber to Karib Cable for Internet and additional services for which I pay very dutifully each month. However, I wish to inform you that I am not receiving the services for which I believe I am paying a premium, and I will explain. You see Karib Cable I live in the United Kingdom for most of the year and I subscribe to Internet services there also. So I understand “service”. In fact, the cost of Internet service in the UK is more economical and much more efficient — and I do understand that my service provider there is at an advantage.
Be that as it may, I pay a premium for Internet services here in SVG and there is absolutely no justifiably reason why I should not be able to lie in my bed after a very tiring day and have Internet service to connect with my friends. My bedroom is a mere few feet from the router, so I fail to understand why Internet service is not available throughout my property.
My second complaint has to do with your lack of service outside of your regular office hours. I called your after hours telephone number that you have listed in the telephone directory and was dutifully connected with an answer phone asking me to leave a message. That is totally unacceptable.
Karib Cable, I wish to remind you that at any time I should fail to live up to my end of our contract by not paying you, you will undoubtedly disconnect my service forthwith and that would be quite understandable. Therefore you need to be fulfilling your part of the contract with me by providing the service that I am dutifully paying for every month.
As you are not reachable by any other means — and I know that you will get this communication — I expect that this problem will be resolved in a timely fashion, hopefully by tomorrow.
