Police say they are investigating the death of the Dominican Republic national who died Monday when a vehicle he was driving overturned in Mount St. Andrew.
Police have identified the deceased as 34-year-old Gregory Jason Diazsuarez.
He is an employee of Ericsson, which has been contracted to manage the service delivery side of telecommunications provider, LIME.
Police say that the other occupants of the rented vehicle sustained minor injuries and were treated at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital and discharged.
Diaz Suarez is the second person to die along the steep and treacherous mountainside, where telecommunications equipment is located. An employee of Cable & Wireless, LIME’s predecessor, died in the area in a motor vehicular accident some years ago.
