Attackers 1, Alcoholix, Dr. Thomas Injectors, C. K. Greaves Stars, General Hardware Richmond Hill United, Buccament Bay, Bank Of SVG All Stars and Just For The Fun have advance to the quarter final in the fourth (4) Annual Dovers Electrical Services, East Kingstown Sports Association Softball Cricket Competition.

The teams secured their places last weekend.

In the first match on Saturday, Just for the Fun had a 34-run win over Bank of SVG All Stars. Batting first Just for the Fun reached 147 for 6 off their 20 overs.

Okeiph Andrews stroke 52, Marcus Hacksaw was unbeaten on 28, and Micheal Duncan got 27.

Keon Boyea grabbed 3 for 13 and Andrew Little 2 for 27, bowling for Bank of SVG All Stars.

In reply, Bank of SVG All Stars reached 113 for 5 off their 20 overs. Glenroy Dasant and Nyron De Souza both got 28; Keon Boyea was unbeaten on 26.

Marcus Hacksaw, putting in an all-round performance, grabbed 3 for 25, bowling for Just For the Fun.

Tther scheduled game, between Buccament Bay and General Hardware Richmond Hill United, was abandoned because of rain.

Buccament Bay, batting first, was 63 for 7 off 9.4 overs, when the rains came. Justin Lee took 3 for 30, Zenroy Lee 2 for 11 and Colin Lee 2 for 12 for General Hardware Richmond Hill United.

Zenroy Lee of General Hardware Richmond Hill United lead most runs with 95 runs, while Jevorn Williams of C.K. Greaves Stars and Elroy Cumberbatch of General Hardware Richmond Hill United are the leading wickets takers with 15 wickets each.
