Police on Wednesday said they were looking for a Vermont man in connection with a series of burglaries.
They have identified the man as 30-year-old Raphael O’Neil.
O’Neil, who also known as “Snaky”, is described as 5 feet 1 inches tall, black in completion with brown eyes.
He has a round face and thick lips.
The words “Death Row” are tattooed on his right hand.
Police said that O’Neil should be approached with caution, if seen.
