St. Vincent and the Grenadines recorded its third homicide this year with the shooting death of a man in Kingstown Monday night.

The man, whose name has been given as Shaquille Ellis/Herbert, of Belair, died in Rose Place, around midnight after being shot by unknown assailants.

He is the second person to be shot in the city in just over a month.

  1. TRAGIC.
Well, my fellow Vincies, I soberly advise that you DO NOT GO OUT IN KINGSTOWN AFTER 9.00 PM.
Yep, NOTHING GOOD HAPPENS IN THE CAPITAL CITY AFTER 9 O’CLOCK AT NIGHT.
Such a sad turn of events, and waste of our most precious human resources.
    QUO VADIS, SVG.

  2. Maybe he was having an affair or owed someone money and that’s why he was taken out. Who knows?!
