Two Dorsetshire Hill men have been slapped with firearm, ammunition and drug possession charges after a police operation in the community today (Saturday).
The men, Dennis Dane Crosby, 52, and Kevin Joel Jessop, 28, will appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer the charges.
The charges stem from an operation by the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force in which police seized two unlicensed 9mm pistols, 29 rounds of 9mm ammunition, 9.4 grammes of cocaine, 3,896 grammes of cannabis, and a quantity of cash in United States dollars and euros.
The Police Public Relations and Complaints Department said the illegal items were found at a house in Dorsetshire Hill, where a party of Rapid Response Unit and Narcotics Unit officers executed a search warrant.
