Thanks for posting! Great for those of us that did not go or even want to go in spite of all the action.
Gone to the dogs . . . people accept anything, dignity has been thrown out the door.
Where does the blame rest for such lascivious, gross and debouched goings-on from an unrestrained people who lacks public decorum?
Some say that both cause and effects stems from the consequence of slavery and the plantation system, others however say no, far from it, that the roots for such are in the Roman communion that never was a Christian Church, but whatever the cause, the resultant effect have sure left these carnival participating individuals wanting in decorum. Is this a case where the fathers have ate sour grapes and their children’s teeth are being set on edge with wanton, lewd Lustfulness?
Clive Staples Lewis, well known as C.S. Lewis, that British writer and lay theologian who held academic positions in English literature at both Oxford University and Cambridge University England once wrote, quote; “If no set of moral ideas were truer or better than any other, there would be no sense in preferring civilised morality to savage morality.”
The question for the moment is, are these the captured behaviour of a civilised and moral people?
